1. What are the payment methods?

We accept PayPal, credit cards, and cash on delivery.

2. Why do I do if my promo code is not working?

You need to check if your code has been applied correctly, expired or wrongly spelled.

3. Why was my payment not accepted?

Trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card info to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In case your payment is still refused, we suggest you try a different card or payment method. If it still does not work, please contact your bank or submit a ticket with as much detail along with the error messages.

4. Can I use more than one discount code?

Each order accepts only one coupon.

5. How to cancel the order?

Log in to your account and cancel the unpaid order directly; or you can contact our customer service to cancel the order.

6. Why do I need to verify my payment on my order?

Detailed personal information may be required for orders selected randomly by our fraud prevention team for further verification before sending out. It is our responsibility to protect our shoppers from any unwanted billings. If the verification is not completed within 21 days, your order will be subject to cancellation without further notice.

7. Do you ship overnight?

We don’t do overnight shipping.

8. What is your return policy?

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship are in perfect conditions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.

9. Could I get the full refund if I return the order?

We will offer full refund on all items that have been returned.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

10. When will I get the refund?

The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.

11. How do I track my order?

After shipping the order out, we will email you the tracking number and link. You can also login your user account, to track the order.

12. What if my order is damaged or defective?

In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the product to our customer service department so that we may work to process your refund request.

13. What happens if I am not in when it arrives?

If you have missed the package, please check with your local shipping company or post office with your tracking number to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.

14. What does one size mean?

It means we have only one size for that item. It usually equals to size M, but it may also fit size S to L. It’s best if you measure the hip, waist, bust according to our size chart and check if one size fits you.

15. Do you customize the size/color for me?

No. You can only choose the color/size available.
